Welcome to the home page of Ledgewood Farm. This modern horse facility, situated on fifty acres in upstate
New York, is located just east of Rochester.
Ledgewood Farm, owned and managed by Nancy and Bill Trachtenberg,
includes all the amenities for the horse enthusiast,
including a large
indoor riding arena, a full-sized dressage outdoor sand
arena, 40 box
stalls, bathrooms and tack rooms, and individual turnout
for your horse.
Ledgewood Equine Clinic, owned and operated by David Trachtenberg
DVM, is a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic comprising an examination
area, laboratory, surgery room, intensive care unit and office space.
Ledgewood Farm has an active breeding
program, standing the black Hanoverian stallion EISPRINZ. Originally
a State Stallion in Germany, EISPRINZ was imported by Spruce
Meadows to Calgary, Canada for their jumper breeding program. Today, his
bloodlines are in great demand in Europe, producing both dressage and jumper
competition horses.
